Instructions for poster presenters

Please find below guidance notes which have been compiled to ensure the successful running of the poster sessions.  These notes will be updated so please check back periodically for updates. 

• There are three poster sessions as outlined below. During your allocated poster session, please ensure you are available online to answer any questions. 
  
  
  • Monday 12 April, 15:30-16:30
  • Monday 12 April, 16:30-17:30
  • Tuesday 13 April, 16:15-17:15
    

• Posters will be accessible via a platform called iPosterSessions. Please ensure you have given your consent for the IOP to pass on your contact details to iPosters (see confirmation email).

• The software also allows you to chat and/or have a video call room. The latter will require you to use your own video software. Please note that changes to posters are allowed up until Friday 9 April.
